Saturday we traveled to Adelanto CA for Round 5 of the ITP Quadcross series. We didn't take our trailer so we stayed in a hotel and had dinner at Red Robin. It was good. My friend Brock Sizemore went to dinner with us. Our hotel had an indoor pool and an outdoor pool!
Monday, June 15, 2009 Saturday night I raced the ITP Quadcross at Speedworld in Phoenix, AZ. The first moto was at 7:30 and I came in first. Moto number 2 was a night race starting at 10:30 p.m. I came in first place in the second moto too. I got first place overall and I am still the points leader in the 90 cc CVT Production class. I like racing the night races in Phoenix. The next ITP race is July 26th in Adelanto, CA.
The low point of the race was #49 Dillon Zimmermen's crash in the Pro race. He had to go to the hospital in a helicopter. We don't know how he is, but I hope he wasn't hurt bad. Team Can Am has had a run of bad luck with Josh Frederick's serious crash in the last ITP race and now Dillion's. We're still hoping that Josh will be back for the Washington race in August. We'll post updates on both riders as we get information. Get better soon guys.

Thursday, June 11, 2009 My Little League team the Allstate Dodgers played our final game for the championship today. We have only lost one game this season. At the end of the second inning the score was 3 to 2. The coach put me in as the pitcher. I pitched the rest of the game and never allowed the other team a run. We won the game 7 to 2. Our coaches are taking us to a REAL Major League Dodger game in LA as a reward for a great season! Go Dodgers!

Monday, June 8, 2009 I raced this weekend at Toutle Washington on the new track at Riverdale Raceway. We flew up to Washington and my quad went with the Can Am team. We stayed with my friend Grant Mitchell in his trailer. The new course on Saturday went out into the woods and included a run down a real paved dragstrip. They had a radar gun and clocked some of us kids at over 50 miles per hour!
I took second place in the 70 cc modified race on Saturday behind Travis Beckman. I went from 10th place in the sport race to finish fifth on Saturday afternoon. On Sunday in the 70 cc Open class I got second place, again behind Travis. We were so fast that we were already around the track and coming through the first turn again when the PeeWees took off from the start line. We almost wrecked but didn't. It was a fun race.
The next WORCS race is in Washington again but not until August. I still have ITP races though. My Dad says it a good thing we have a break because my quad needs some serious work done on it. Dad forgot his camera so we'll post some pictures from ATVRiders.com when they go up. Check back, ok?
